Frederick J. Rasco
SARANAC — Frederick J.
Rasco. 77, of Saranac, died
Monday. May 19, 1986, at his residence
on the Silver Lake Road.
He was born Nov. 27. 1908, in
Saranac, the son of George and
Rosanna (Goddeau) Rasco
Mr. Rasco was formerly head
custodian at Saranac Central
School. He was an honorary
member of the Dannemora
Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, the
former Yvonne Sidney; six sons,
Mark of Plattsburgh, Marshall
of West Chazy. Blaise of
Saranac, Timothy of Keene,
Thomas of Milton, Vt., and Paul
of Cadyville; three daughters,
Mrs. Patrick (Eleanor) Leggett
of RhinebecE^ MnT David
(Judy) Carter of Dannemora,
Miss Mae Rasco of Danbury,
Conn.; three brothers, Edgar,
Elmore and Frank Rasco, all of
Saranac; five sisters, Mrs.
Mabel Drollette of Saranac,
Mrs. Joseph Collins of Redford,
Mrs. Eva LaFountain of Standish.
Mrs. Bernard (Laura)
Smart of High Banks and Mrs.
Theresa Ormsbee of Greenville,
Tenn.; 34 grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be from 2 to
4 p.m. today at the O’Neill-
Redden-Drown Funeral Home in
Plattsburgh.
A funeral service will be held
at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at the
Church of the Assumption in
Redford.
Burial will be in Assumption
Cemetery, Redford
