Mrs. J. M. Patnode
Mrs. John M. Patnode died on
Wednesday of last week at her
home at Ellenburgh Corners, at the
age of 76 years. Mrs. Patnode’s
demise followed closely that of her
husband, whose death took place
on the Saturday previous. Her
long residence in the town of Clinton
made Mrs. Patnode known as a
woman of many estimable traits of
character and she was beloved by a
wide circle of friends.
Her funeral services were held in
the ‘M. E. church at Ellenburgh Corners
on Friday, with interment in
Evergreen cemetery at Chateaugay
