RALPH RECOR, 59,
OF WEST CHAZY DIES

The death of Ralph Reoor, prom
inent West Chazy farmer, took
place at his home in that commu-
nity at 8:45 p.m.(EST) Sunday. He
had been ill for a considerable
length of time, and was 59 years
old.
Mr. Recor was a communicant of
St. Joseph’s church at West Chazy
and a member of the Holy Name
Society of that church. He was also
a member of West Chazy Grange.
Surviving Mr. Recor are his wife,
one son, Ralph Recor, jr., a sister,
Mrs. Eugene Peryea, and a brother,
John Recor.
The funeral will be held at 9:30
a.m. (DST) Wednesday with services
in St. Joseph’s church at
West Chazy and burial is to take
place in the church cemetery.

Mrs Eva M. Peryea

Mrs. Eva M. Peryea, widow of
Eugene Peryea, died Saturday at
the home of her daughter, Mrs.
William Trudo, 10 Sanborn Ave.
She was 80 years Old
Mrs. Peryea was the former
Eva Recor. A native of the Town
of Altona, she was born on Dec.
23, 1879. a daughter of John and
Louise (Trudo) Recor.
Besides the daughter mentioned,
she is survived by three sons,
Ernest and Guy Peryea of Plattsburgh
and Roy Peryea of Altona:
one daughter, Mrs, Elmer Oliver
of West Chazy, and 13 grandchildren.
The body is at the home of her
son, Roy, at Altona.
Funeral services will be held
this morning at 9.30 at Holy
Angels Church. Altona. Burial will
the in the parish cemetery
