held Saturday at 11 a.m. at
St John the Baptist Church.

Harvey B. Hamlin
KEESEVILLE — Harvey B.
Hamlin, 77, died at his home
Tuesday following a long illness.
He was born in Burlington, Vt.,
June 12, 1901, the son of Tuffield
and Lillie (Pashby) Hamlin.
He was a member of the
Keeseville Senior Citizens and
Local 92 of the Bricklayers Union.
He leaves four daughters, Mrs.
Leona Conti of Syracuse, Mrs.
Sheldon (Lucille) Boynton of
Keeseville, Mrs. Jane Anderson of
Tuscon, Ari., and Mrs. Orlando
(Catherine) Devi of New BritSitt,
Conn.; a brother, George Hamlin
of Keeseville; five sisters, Mrs.
Mildred Ano, Mrs. Marjorie Laundree,
Miss Eilene Hamlin, Mrs.
Irene Crowningshield and Mrs.
Willard (Marge) Davis, all of
Keeseville; 14 grandchildren and
24 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be today From
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bailey
Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held
Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. John the
Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the parish
cemetery.

Medical Center in Plattsburgh.
She was born in Port Douglas
Dec 25 1913 the daughter of Tuffield
and Josephine (Meyers)
Hamlin.
She leaves a brother, George
Hamlin of KEESEVILLE; a sister, Mrs.
Marjorie Laundree of KEESEVILLE;
two half-sisters, Mrs. Eilene
Hamlin of Keeseville and Mrs. Irene
Crowningshield Port Kent; one
stepsister, Mrs. Willard (Marjorie)
Davis of Port Kent; her stepmother,
Mrs. Catherine Hamlin of Port
Kent; and several nieces and
nephews.
Calling hours at. the Hamilton
Funeral Home in Keeseville will be
today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be held
day at 10 a.m. at St. John the
Church in Keeseville.

Hamlin, 79, die Monday at the
CVPH Medical Center:
He was born in Vermont on May
14, 1899, the son of Theophile and
Lilly (Pashby) Hamlin.
He was retired, having worked
for many years for the Delaware
and Hudson Railroad and the town
of Chesterfield.
He is survived by his wife, the
former Alice Mitchell Hamlin of
Keeseville; four daughters, Mrs.
James (Lillian) Barber of
Cadyville, Mrs. Pauline Bowers of
Ballston Spa and Mrs. Virginia
Luose and Mrs. Mae Emeneth,
both of Scotia.
He is also survived by hip stepmother,
Mrs. Catherine Hamlin of
Keesevifie; five sisters, Mrs.
James (Marjorie) Laundree, Mrs.
Wilard Davis, Mrs. Woyd
Crowningshield, Mrs. Mildred Ano,
all of Keeseville, Miss Eileen
Hamlin; two brothers, Harvey and
George Hamlin, both of Keeseville.
He is also survived by several
nieces and nephews and eight
grandchildren and four great*
grandchildren. ”

McDonough Funeral home in
Keeseville from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m.
Funeral services will be held at
11 a.m. Thursday at St. John’s
Church in Keeseville with burial in
the parish cemetery.
