Diane Kay Turner, 64, passed away Monday, June 06, 2011 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN. She was born in Elizabeth, IN on November 7, 1946 the daughter of Kenneth and Hazel Walther Schoen. She was a resident of Clark County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was a homemaker, a member of TOPS in Clarksville, IN, a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lanesville, IN where she was involved in the Martha Circle.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by

One son- Bradley Turner of Augusta, Georgia

One Daughter- Tina Turner of Elizabeth, IN

Four Brothers- Ronald, Russell and Richard Schoen all of Elizabeth, IN and Kevin Schoen of Dayton, OH

Three Sisters- Karen Schoen of Lanesville, IN

Elaine Allen of Shepherdsville, KY

Denise McKnight of Elizabeth, IN

Two Grandchildren- Tharon and Kayla Turner and One Great Grandchild- Harlie Turner

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lanesville, IN. Pastor Christopher Truelsen will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 PM to 8 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM and after 9 AM on Thursday.

The family suggest memorial gifts be made to Amedysis Hospice of Jeffersonville, IN.
