Life Legacy

PLATTSBURGH—Sharon G. King, 59, of McKinley Avenue, died Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the CVPH Medical Center.
She was born in Plattsburgh on August 14, 1954 the daughter of Walter and Bertha (Nephew) Trombley.
Sharon worked in Quality Control for Arpak in Plattsburgh. She was a member of the Beekmantown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and later the Altona Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
She enjoyed playing cards, watching crime shows on TV, listening to music and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Arnold King of Plattsburgh; her children, Jason King, Josh and Shannan King, Jonah and Lottie King and Jessica King all of Plattsburgh; two grandchildren, Angel and Ryan King of Plattsburgh; her siblings, Betty and Martin Gregory of Ellenburg Center, Isabelle and Eugene Cassavaugh of Lewis, Sandra King of Plattsburgh, Arnold Trombley of Keeseville, Wayne and Judy Trombley of Swanton, VT and Kenny and Mary Trombley of West Chazy and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Bertha Trombley, two sisters, Joyce Hanen and Joan Trombley, two brothers, Andrew Trombley and Terry Trombley, two nephews, Cary Gregory and AJ Trombley, a brother-in-law Ronald King and sister-in-law Ruby Trombley
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 4 to 7 pm at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church in Plattsburgh.
Burial will be at a later date in the parish cemetery.
