Malcolm C. Breyette

PLATTSBIJRGH – Malcolm C.
Breyette, 68, of Cumberland
Head died Friday, Dec. 11, 1992,
at the CVPH Medical Center. .
He was born in Plattsburgh
Dec. 5, 1924, son of the late
Francis and Sophia (Miller)
Breyette.
He was a- communicant of St.
Mary’s of the Lake Church on
Cumberland Head, the owner
and operator of Malcolm Breyette
and Son Contracting, a veteran
of World War II, serving in the
US Army, a member of the Plattsburgh
Lodge of Elks 621 for
more than 20 years and a
member of the Knights of Columbus
Council 7271 on
Cumberland Head for over twenty
years.
Survivors include his wife, the
former Winifred Follett of
Cumberland Head; three sons
and two daughters-in-law,
Stephen And Cindy Breyette of
Plattsburgh, Scott and Jeri
Breyette of West Chazy and Jeffrey
Breyette of Plattsburgh; four
daughters and three sons-in-law,
Susan and Leonard Schlacter of
Beekmantown , Mary and
Michael Almon of Sharpstown,
Md., Jane and Russell Frazier of
South Burlington,V.T, and Jenny
Pelkey of Plattsburgh; two
brothers and two sisters-in-law,
Leo Brevette of Plattsburgh,
Gene and Peggy Brevette of Platts-
burgh and Marie  Breyette of
Plattsburgh; and eight grandchildren
and several nieces and
nephews.
A brother, Norman Breyette,
died earlier.
Calling hours will be Sunday
-from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9p.m. at the
Brown Funeral Home in~Plattshurgh.
Members of the K of C
Council 7271 and the Rev Daniel
Keefe will hojd a vigil service at 8
p.m. Sunday.
A Mass of Christian burial will
be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m.
at St Mary’s of the Lake Church.
Burial will follow in the parish
cemetery.
Donations may be made in his
memory- to the St. Mary’s of the
Lake Building Fund or to Clinton
County Hospice
