Rasco, 69. of Route 3, died Friday,
March 17. 1989. at CVPI1
Medical Center
He was born in Saranac on
Sept. 18, 1919. the son of
George and Rosanna (Goddeau)
Rasco.
Mr. Rasco was a member of
the Church of the Assumption of
Mary in Redford, the American
Legion Sorrell-Woodward Post
1623 of Lyon Mountain and Alcoholics
Anonymous in Redford
He served in the U.S. Army
during World War II and retired
in 1964 with 23 years of service
He was a custodian at Saranac
Central School from 1945 until
retiring in 1977
Survivors include his wife, the
former Raffaella Randeggar: two
sons, Klvis and Kllmorr Nick
Rasco, both of Saranac; two
daughters. Mrs Charles fRosan
na) Morse of Pawling and Trena
Rasco of Peru, two brothers.
Kdgar Fiasco of Plattsburgh and
Frank Fiasco of Saranac. four
sisters, Josephine Collins ol
Redford. Fva LuFountain ol
Standish, Mrs Bernard (Laura
Smart of Saranac and Theresa
Ormsbv of Greenville. Tenn ,
two grandchildren. Serina and
Shawn Morse, several nieces and
nephews
Calling hour’- will be held
Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m at the H W Walker Funeral
Home
A funeral service will be held
on Monday at noon at the
Church of the Assumption of
.Mary in Redford Spring burial
will be in the parish cemelerv
Memorial donations may
made to the American Cancer
Society
