Mrs Betters to be buried today

Funeral services -for the late Mrs.
Josephine Facteau Betters, who
passed away Wednesday at her
home in the town of Saranac, will
be held from St. Joseph’s church,
Dannemora, this morning a t 10:15.
Interment will he in St. Joseph’s
cemetery.
•Mrs. Betters was born at Saranac.
N. Y., Sept. 27, 1873 and had
been a lifelong resident of that area.
She is survived by eight children,
Perley Betters of Utica, Henry, of
Saranac, Mrs. Ida Thompson of
Dannemora, Mrs, Mary Shelley of
Fort Edward, Mrs. Julia Furman
of Washington, D. C , William Betters
of Saranac Lake,-Leo Betters
of Dannemora, and Mrs. Anna
Fournier of Moriah. Her father,
Andrew Facteau, two brothers,
Joseph and Frank Facteau of Saranac,
two sisters, Mrs. Rose Champagne
of Plattsburgh and Mrs.
Louise LaFord of Athol, Mass., a l so
survive, together with 13 grandchildren
and several nieces and
nephews.
