Albert J. Gonyea
SARANAC — Albert J. Gonyea,
77, of Saranac, died Thursday
afternoon at the CVPH Medical
Center.
He was born May 5, 1901 in Redford,
the son of William and Exzilda
(Monnette) Gonyea.
He was a teacher with the Christian
Brothers Association for 13
years and was a farmer in Saranac
for many years.
He leaves two sisters, Mrs. Edith
Pilon of Springfield, Mass., and
Mrs. Eva Haig of Saranac, and
several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the O’Neill-
Redden-Drown Funeral Home in
Plattsburgh.
Funeral services will be held at
10 a.m. Monday at Assumption of
Mary Church in Redford.
Burial will be in Assumption
Cemetery in Redford
