William H. King
KEESEVILLE – William H.
King, 49, of Keeseville, died early
Wednesday morning at Cham-
 plain Valley Hospital.
Death was due to a cerebral
hemorrhage he suffered Monday
while at work with a Plattsburgh
construction firm.
King was born at Chazy Lake
Dec. 16, 1913, the son of Lincoln
and Mary Louise (Ano) King.
He is survived by his mother;
his wife, the former Velma Peryea;
three daughters, Mrs. Melvina
Leforest of Plattsburgh and
the Misses Jeanne and Lydia King
of Keeseville; three sons, William,
Robert and Bruce, all of Keeseville;
three sisters, Mrs. Ross
Barber, Mrs. Fred Coryer and
Mrs. Howard Coryer, all of Chazy
Lake; three brothers, Ernest and
Wilmer King of Chazy Lake and
Adrian King of Dannemora
He was a member of the Keeseville
Council, Knights of Columbus,
and of the Bishop Wadhams
General Assembly, fourth degree.
The body is at the McDonough
Funeral Home.
Officers and members of Local
12, Ironworkers, will assemble at
the funeral home at 7 p.m. to
pay their last respects to member
King.
Funeral services are scheduled
Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. John
the Baptist Church, with burial in
the parish cemetery

Passes Away
William H. King, Keeseville.
died at the C. V. Hospital in
Plattsburgh on Wednesday, Ap.
ril 24th. Death was caused from
a cerebral hemorrhage he
suffered Monday while at work
with a Plattsburgh construction
firm.
The deceased was born at
Chazy Lake on December 16,
1913, a son o f Mary Louise
(Ano) King and the late Lincoln
King.
The deceased was a member
of the Keeseville Council Knights
of Columbus, and of the Bishop
Wadhams General Assembly
4th degree.
Funeral services took place on
Saturday morning at St. John
the Baptist Church, Keeseville,
and burial was made in the parish
cemetery.
He is survived by his wife,
Velma (Peryea) King, three daughters,
Mrs. Melvin Leforest,
Plattsburgh; Misses Jeanne and
Lydia King, Keeseville; three
sons, William, Robert and Bruce,
Keeseville; his mother,
Mrs. Lincoln King , four sisters
and three brothers: Mrs. Walter
King, Sr., Mrs. Ross Barber,
Mrs. Fred Coryea and Mrs.
Howard Coryer, Ernest and
Wilmer King, Chazy Lake; and
Adrian King. Dannemora.
