Walter King, 61, Dies
Of Heart Ailment
CHAZY LAKE-Walter King of
Chazy Lake died Thursday morning
at the Physicians Hospital at
the age of 61. He hat been disabled
for about 12 years because
of a heart ailment.
Mr. King, a native of Chazy
Lake, was born on Oct. I0, 1900,
a son of Wilfred and Catherine
(Welch) King.
He was employed in the mines
at Lyon Mountain prior .to his
disabling illness.
He is survived by his widow,
the former Laura King, four
daughters and four sons. The
daughters are Mrs. Robert (Verna)
Seney of Chazy Lake, Mrs.
Arthur (Phyllis) Trick of Ellenburg
Depot, Patrice and Bernice,
at home. The sons are Walter Jr.
of Burke; Wilfred of Chazy Lake;
and David and Paul at home.
Also surviving are his father,
Wilfred King, two brothers, Harold
and Adrian King of Chazy
Lake, and eight grandchildren.
The body is at the King borne.
Funeral services are scheduled
at St. Joseph’s Church, Dannemora,
Saturday morning at 10.
Burial will lake place in the
parish cemetery.

Walter King
DANNEMORA — Funeral services
for Walter King, 61, of Chazy
Lake, were held at St. Joseph’s
Church Saturday morniag. The
Rev. Daniel Keefe, assistant pastor,
was celebrant of the high
Mass of Requiem.
Bearers, all nephews of the
deceased, were “Frank and Benjamin
King and Peter Barber of
Eflenburg Depot, Lawrence King
of Pittsburgh, Thomas King of
Dannemora and Samuel King of
Elleaburg Center.
The body was placed in the
vault in the parish cemetery.

Walter King
Dies of Heart
Ailment
Walter King, Sr., Chazy Lake,
resident, died Thursday morning,
March 8th, at the Physicians
Hospital, Plattsburgh. He
had been disabled for about 12
years because of a heart ailment.
Mr. King, a native of Chazy
Lake, was born on October 18,
1900, a son of Wilfred and the
late Catherine (Welch) King.
He was employed in the mines
it Lyon Mountain prior to his

He Is survived by his widow,
