Harry H. Secore
BRAINARDSVILLE-
Harry H. Secore, 53, of
Brainardsville, died Sunday,
Oct. 25, 1987, in CVPH Medical
Center, Plattsburgh.
He was born Dec. 21, 1933, in
Malone, the son of Vivian (Collins)
and Louis Secore Sr.
Mr. Secore had formerly been
a heavy-equipment operator, was
a member of Local 106
Operating Engineers Union, and
was employed at Northeast
Farms in Ellenburg prior to his
retirement due to illness.
Survivors include his wife, the
former Dora LaMere, whom he
married Oct. 18, 1958, in
Brainardsville Methodist
Church; two sons and there wives,
Donald and Laurie Secore
of Brainardsville and William
a n d Marjorie Secore of
Danielson, Conn.; four grandchildren:
a sister. Mrs. John
(Irene) Gardner of Cadysville,
N.Y.; two brothers, Louis Secore
of Brainardsville and Robert
Secore of Cadyville; and several
nieces and nephews.
A son, Peter Secore, died
March 14, 1984; three brothers,
Ed, Ernest and, Delore, and
three sisters, Marion Limoges,
Helen Chatelle and Dorothy
Kent, died previously.
Calling hours will be from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at
Chateaugay Funeral Home. A
funeral service will be held at 1
p.m. Wednesday at Braindardsville
United Methodist Church
with the Rev. David O. Stanton
officiating. Burial will be in
Brainardsville Cemetery.
