Mrs. Phoebe Disco
Dies; Rites Today

Funeral services were held at
9:30 a.m. today in St Bernard’s
Church for Mrs. Phoebe Disco, who
died Saturday noon at a local nursing
home fallowing a long illness.
Burial will be in the Spring in
Pine Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Disco was born on February
14, 1871 in Burlington, Vt.. the
daughter of Octave and Cleotha
Foucrault Yelle. A resident of Saranac
Lake for 60 years, she was
the widow of James Disco, who
died in 1950.
Survivors include a son, Percy,
and a sister, Mrs. Ida Rondeau, of
Saranac Lake. There are also several
nephews and nieces
